Following on from their success in winning the Vale and Melton Schools Girls football toiurnament, our team of hard-working footballers entered the Girls' football league with high hopes. Our children rose to the challenge extremely well. They went undefeated - winning all but one game. As a team they only conceded one goal and scored over 20 goals. As a result, the girls were crowned league champions - finishing 5 points clear of the team in second. An exceptional performance by a very talented group of children.
